The Enquiry Cart

The enquiry cart is a sophisticated yet easy to use online enquiry management system. It’a open design allows for effective sharing of sales information and client history.
Features include:

Enquiry Status Reports: Organise your enquiries based on status’s you create. Keep your clients informed with an optional enquiry status email – Each time you change the enquiry status, your client gets an email to keep them informed of their enquiries progress.

Automated product brochures: When a client makes an enquiry on a product, you can schedule a promotional offer or brochure attachment to be emailed back to the prospect automatically.

Inventory Manager: Easily add, delete, hide or modify product prices and descriptions from the control panel editor.

Our Ecommerce Cart is the primary engine of our business. It has been developed and optimised over a 3 year period to provide a powerful, yet easy to manage sales system. It includes all the usual product management, payment systems etc. you would expect along with some of our unique features including:

Inventory Pricing manager: Edesign Inventory manager makes price updates easy. Simply upload a suppliers pricelist in a spreadsheet format and the inventory manager automatically adds the correct margin for each product, identifies both old & new products creates automated backups and notifies the user of any problems.

Enquiry Status Reports: Organise your clients based on status’s you create. Keep your clients informed with an order status email – Each time you change the order status, your client gets an email to keep them informed of their order’s progress.

Shared Enquiry Management: Sometimes making a sale depends on expert knowledge from a manufacturer or technical sales rep. Our shared enquiry manager allows us to manage the exchange of information between sales, technical staff and the client through one interface ensuring the client is serviced properly and tracking the sales conversion rate.
